As a transplant to Nashville by way of Belmont University, Olivia is especially drawn to work that connects community voices to, and drives community understanding of, important issues affecting the city she now calls home. Olivia has led and supported initiatives that contribute to the thoughtful growth and development of Nashville through communications and community engagement efforts for the Fort Negley and Wharf Park master plans, Tennessee-based LDA Engineering, and the city’s long-anticipated East Bank development.
Olivia has worked closely with national brands, such as CSX and Soles4Souls, on intentional communications and event planning for these organizations’ service programs. She’s managed the development of event materials, coordinated with vendors, and collaborated closely with nonprofit partners to deliver seamless, impactful experiences for CSX’s Pride in Service initiative and its annual community engagement event, CSX Santa Train.
In addition to her client work, she serves as a mentor within her organization, supporting the growth of team members and contributing to a strong internal culture. She is also active in the Nashville chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), building on a foundation established through her involvement in Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) during her college years.
A native of Green Bay, Wis., Olivia lives with her husband Philip in West Nashville. Outside of the office, you can find Olivia testing out a new recipe, cheering on the Packers, playing golf, and traveling to see her family and friends.
