Leigh Lindsey, APR, is a communications strategist and agency leader who drives results for clients from small businesses to Fortune 250s. She develops creative integrated strategies that bridge earned and owned media, internal communications, crisis communications, events, and corporate social responsibility.

In 2023 she joined McNeely Brockman Public Relations as a partner and is a trusted advisor known for being thoughtful and strategic under pressure and getting exceptional outcomes. Leigh’s work has garnered her dozens of strategic communication awards, and her experience crosses industries including hospitality, spirits, tourism, education, transportation, automotive, manufacturing, and commercial and residential real estate.

She started her career at MP&F Strategic Communications, where she spent 17 years and rose through the ranks from intern to senior vice president.

Leigh has served as president of Public Relations Society of America’s Nashville chapter and secretary of PRSA Southeast and has long been a champion for junior colleagues and industry peers in their PRSA involvement and professional growth. She received the PRSA Nashville’s Mercury Award for her own accelerated professional growth and Olympus Award for presidential leadership.

Giving back to the Nashville community has always been a priority for Leigh. She has been on the board of Safe Haven Family Shelter for nearly 10 years and serves as marketing chair and vice president. She previously served on the boards of Proverbs 12:10 Animal Rescue, League of Women Voters and children’s literacy organization Book’em, where she also was a board president.

A Lipscomb University graduate, Leigh holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and public relations and earned her accreditation in public relations (APR) in 2014.

You might run into Leigh on a weekend visiting family in her hometown of Columbia, Tenn., or at the lake with her husband, Scott, and their pups, Eloise, Winston and Guinness. Leigh loves to travel and has from time to time teased her team that she will open an MBPR satellite office in Ireland, her home away from home.
